Due to NetOnboard server corrupted, our website all database is missing!
"Dear valued Customer,
After several days of attempts of retrieving / recovering of the SATA2 Storage Pool, we concluded that the rescue has failed where majority of recovered data has been corrupted. This affects all clients that did not signup backup service plan.

Below are the listed affected server due to the recent occurred issue:
1. All our Dedicated Virtual Machine Server's Client that hosted in CBJ2 Data Centre
2. netl05.es2u.com IP: 202.71.108.93 (shared hosting reseller's server)
3. netl11.es2u.com IP: 202.71.107.58 (shared hosting server)
4. net-w04.es2u.com IP: 202.71.108.107 (shared hosting server)
Following are the actions that will be carried out for service restoration:
1. We will deploy fresh servers for all the affected clients with New Intel Modular Server populated by SAS Storage Pool.
For client end, they will need to re-upload their web content to the server, setup the email account and etc as if a new account.
We sincerely apologize for the mentioned issue above and our management would like thank all clients for their patience during the recovery period. At last, we would like to inform those affected clients that the company will extend 3 months of their existing subscription period due to the mentioned issue.
